My debt was paid and they keep trying to steal money

They have garnished my bank 3 times now, they send out a garnishment every 6 months. I had a debt for about $1100 which the 2 garnishments paid for but they show I still owe $800. It’s like they garnish my account and pocket every dime. I get no documentation about what I’ve paid, they won’t answer my questions and they keep emailing me lawsuits they filed for people all over the state with their personal info including their addresses and workplace. Like, why am I receiving these emails? That alone should be a lawsuit against them. I will never be able to pay off this debt if they refuse to pay it off. They steal everything I have. I’m about to go to the lawyers house with the police with documentation of the debt owed, the payments I have made on top of what they garnished and with the emails they keep sending me for others peoples private information. I am gathering what I can and sending it to the court to because I’m sick of their *** They think people are too scared to fight back and for the most part, they have been right because people don’t know their rights. They’ve pissed me off way too many times for me to be afraid of them.

Horrible, lying, thieves, unethical, scam artists

Love Beal And Nixon PC - Horrible, lying, thieves, unethical, scam artists
They file a garnishment on me every 6 months. I originally had an agreement signed and submitted to them and to the court that I agreed to pay a monthly payment. After about 6 months of payment, they sent their first garnish for around $1100. They cleaned out my bank account. Then 6 months later they submitted another for $541 and 2 months ago they sent another for $600. I only owed about $1200 to begin with. Now, they keep emailing me other people’s garnishment cases they’re filing. I don’t know why I am getting these emails but it’s fishy and unlawful. They’re sharing complete strangers person info such as employment and residence and name. The phot I submitted below is of an email I received of some person I don’t know.

Garnished, paid off, then garnished some more?

I got a credit card to get a free pizza from Capital One. I was using it to build credit for the future. They were on a college campus to get people to sign up. First lesson learned... Capital One waited until there was a balance close to the credit limit, then tripled the interest rate. Lesson 2, don't get a credit card (they are all frauds)... I refused to pay it. My fault, so they sued me about 8-10years later. Ok I owed the money. By then it was over $2500 on a $1300 credit limit. By then the company was Midland *** Lesson 3, don't refuse to pay a debt. Love, Beal, and Nixon got the case. I didn't go to court, lesson 4, Always go to court, especially when it's an 8 year debt... So they got ONE wage garnishment order. I was like "well they got me" so I paid it off after a year. Now another garnishment order that I've never seen shows up at my job. It's something like $300 so I'm thinking well I guess that's their garnishment order fees that the court document mentioned. I called the job to ask why my check was short because I got no order myself. They said Love, Beal, and Nixon ordered the garnishment. I don't actually care what the much smaller fee is, but it better be the last. Let me make this clear...this had better be the last time I hear from Love, Beal, and Nixon, Midland financing, Capital One, for life. Laws are really nice things to have to protect people. But the problem with law is when somebody decides they don't care what the law says. I want to be clear again, some things are worth even dying over. I had better not hear from them again. Before you crank out another theft order think VERY hard about if it's actually worth stealing from the wrong debtor. Our paycheck isn't a free grab for you. I consider the debt and this mess behind me after that 2nd garnishment is closed. You better find somebody else to steal from.

Ex employee

I was told so many things before I was hired but little did I know how prejudice this lady Linda was. I wasn't even there 3 months and was let go for no reason. The training is ridiculous she helps only if she likes you. Nothing is confidential so it they take you to another room to talk to you ,you better believe everyone one knows your business. Linda is a very unprofessional Supervisor and has no respect for anyone. One time we were talking about food and her exact words were "I HATE MEXICAN" NOT I HATE MEXICAN FOOD OR I HATE MEXICAN CANDY!! SO it's very obvious that she hates Mexican. She treats certain people with some kindness but otherwise your nothing to her. She has fired and yet rehired her friends who have drug additions. As far as the owner I was told he doesn't really care he feels that everyone is replaceable. This is the worst place to work for, now if they get rid of Linda it just might be worth it otherwise who wants to work for a person who abuses her authority or bully's people. Not me.

Account Manager

This is the worst company to work for. Linda who is the Supervisor in charge of collection's is a racist and if she doesn't like you then expect to not be there long. Training is ridiculous they expect you to learn everything in less than 1month. I was there less than a month when Linda made the comment that she hated Mexican those were her words exactly " I hate Mexican". She loves bulling people to the point that they are scared to lose their job. I really thought that the owner Mr. Nixion would have more to do with his collection people but he doesn't. They have a big turn around due to the fact that the Supervisor is a real *** I advise anyone who is even considering to work here to look into it and ask questions.
